Such is WELKENGAF RESOURCES NIGERIA LTD policy towards people, the environment and property whether it affects the company, or its subcontractors.

This approach, which is a prime management responsibility, as with any quest for improvement in quality and performance, induce real professionalism for our personnel, and contributes to and improve the Company’s image.

For each of us, on matter what position we hold in the company, the prevention of any sort of accident must therefore be of major importance.

With this aim, WELKENGAF RESOURCES NIGERIA LTD makes it a duty not only comply with the measures required by law in respect of safety, health, welfare and environmental protection, but in addition, to maintain safety and environmental protection at the highest possible level in the performance company’s activities.

Such commitment is one of the absolute priorities of the company’s corporate and area Management, which by motivation and example teaches subordinates to identity, analyse and laminate or at least control the risks inherent in their work.

Everyone at every level must feel responsible for his own safety, that his neighbour and environmental protection.

The safety and Environmental manuals, which have been well circulated on the sites, deploy our safety and environmental policy and constitute our reference points in all circumstances. The training periods completed by exercise- and the in-depth analysis of accidents and incidents prepared to us to react in the personnel, the environment and property.

The adherence or everyone to its policy is an obligation and nothing can justify the slightest negligence.
